1. Non-Personalised Products
All non-personalised items are dispatched within 1–2 working days after your order is placed.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Saturday.
Orders placed on Sunday may be processed on the following Monday.
During peak periods, public holidays, or high order volumes, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
2. Delivery Time (UK)
All orders are shipped from Manchester, United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days, depending on your location and distance from our dispatch centre.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.
3. Personalised / Custom Products
Personalised items require additional production time.
Production typically takes 5–15 days, depending on:

As each personalised item is carefully handmade in our studio, we kindly ask customers to allow sufficient time for production.
Once your personalised item has been completed and confirmed via email, it will be dispatched immediately. Delivery usually takes an additional 2–3 working days.
We aim to present a perfectly crafted product and deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
In many cases, production may be completed earlier than the estimated timeframe.
4. Special Circumstances
If unexpected delays occur due to high demand, supplier delays, courier issues, or other exceptional circumstances, we will contact you via email to keep you informed.
We believe in transparent communication and will always do our best to resolve any concerns promptly.
